Probably the cheapest hotel in ALL Tokyo, the price cant be beat. Nice clean, small rooms. Free tea, stores and restaurants close by, and 10 min walk from the metro station.
Its a pretty basic hostel. Cant ask more for the price.

Good value! Not a luxury hotel by any means, but decent accomodation for a reasonable price.

The host was friendly and gave us good information. Good suggestions for restaurants close by.
I paid for a twin room costing double the amount of a single. I expected to get 2 single beds but got 1 uncomfortable one and a very thin mattress on the floor. For 2 people, there was not enough space. This made me unhappy. There was not a male and female toilet on each floor so I had to go to another floor in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. the walls are very thin. The common room is small.

The room was _very_ small, but very economic for a private double so if you don't mind living very close to your travelling partner it's a good alternative. The staff was really friendly and let us check in early when we had just arrived in Japan and were jetlagged. Free warm and cold drinking water was a plus. Also close to a supermarket and not too far from the metro.
The men's and women's bathrooms were on different floors, so you might have to go up or down the stairs just to use the bathroom. There were also no sinks and mirrors in the bathrooms or in the rooms, so there's not much privacy. Although it's not hard to find (it's right on the main road), they could include some better directions.

This hotel located at a peaceful neighbourhood. Barely can hear any vehicles or the crowds noise after 10pm. 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station which can brings you everywhere in Tokyo. Although the check in time at 4pm is kind of awkward (the counter was closed before 4pm), but the hotel owner is still around the hotel which you can always ask for help. We arrived early in the morning and the owner was kind enough to allow us take a shower in the share bathroom before our city tour. We then left our luggage at the counter and came back again before 11pm to check in. Rooms are very small but enough for us to sleep and keep 2 big baggage. We even have our bento meal in the room on a small piece of Jap-style table. Shared bathroom and toilet are very clean. Hotel owner (name forgotten) is a very kind & friendly old man. He even gave us a lucky charm (pray for safe flight) knowing that we are travelling back on the next day. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

Very clean and convenient. Common Bath (only for male) will be closed after 9:00 pm; two shower rooms are available 24 hours.
Location: the hotel is located a part of San'ya district, where basically day-labouors in Tokyo gather and live. Many foreign backpackers are around. Unlike similar district of other counties, you do not feel physical danger; however, atomosphere of the town is very stark. Wi-Fi: The hotel has free Wi-FI; however, I could not connect to it well.

The location, about 5-10minutes walk to Minami Senju station and from there about 10-15 minutes to popular stations in Tokyo (Asakusa, Akihabara etc.) Very cheap for the location and it's relatively quiet. I'm a light sleeper and you can still hear the traffic but it's not so loud that you cannot get any sleep. 7-Eleven convenience store 4 minutes walk away with a supermarket even closer.
There is only 2 showers shared between the whole place which has about 10-15 rooms per floor and there is 5 floors. However I never found it difficult to take a shower as long as you don't go during the peak times. The "pillow" they give you is a bag of beans if you're not used to it it may feel weird and difficult to fall asleep on. The room is also very small. Bring your own towel or rent one for 50 yen (for your whole stay.)

It was close to the Sky Tree and Asakusa station.
We had a very small room but that was reflected in the price.

It's convenient. 15 min walk from minami senju station. 3 min walk to 7-11. a few steps away from the police station. With mini fridge, ac and tv, a vendo machine, a public bath, free tea and sometimes cookies. Over all, it's a good stay. The only down side is that there's no place for huge luggage. But I can still recommend this place. It's an authentic japanese custom.

The rooms are small, the place doesn't look good but the staff is amazingly nice and the hotel is clean ( bath and shower are clean after used), good acoomodation for the price but don't expect something fancy !

It's easy to find after getting off the Minami-Senju Station (South Gate). The district where this hotel was located was quiet. My hotel room was nearest to the water dispenser for getting hot green tea, rice tea, and water, which was convenient. I found the environment quiet and comfortable. The room was small, but already included the tv set, the fridge, and the electric heater. The electric heater was powerful and I just needed to turn to "weak" level to get warm quickly. However, I had to turn it off after some time due to over-heating inside a small room, and then had to open the sliding window behind the curtain to get circulating fresh and cold air for enjoying a nice sleep.
There was a limited time period for using the men's onsen - bathroom (E.G., 16:30 - 21:00 every day). This was inconvenient to me because I left the hotel early in the morning for sightseeing around the city and came back late at night time (E.G., 11pm or later). I could not use this facility before sleep. I did not have the opportunity to try it.

This hotel is a good backpackers option. It's closeby the subway. The hotel has everything: a kitchen, laundry, good showers, a spa, free wifi, books, free tea and a Japanese vibe! Although the rooms are small it comes with a refrigerator, television and music boxes. We had a really good night sleep. It's quiet and we really needed that after a long flight!

Compared to what the price level in tokyo is, this place is reasonable. The rooms are small, but it got everything you need. If you only need a place to rest and sleep, while you in tokyo, then this I a good place. Metro is close, around 5 min walk.
